Lenore, I extend my deepest condolences for the loss of your husband. I know he was so special to you. I know how much you loved him. May your prayers and fond memories of the years you shared together be of some solace for the pain. I cannot possibly imagine what you feel right now.
Tracey and Amy, losing a father is one of the most difficult things you will have to go through. The relationship of a parent is profound and everlasting. The loss of a father can bring about not only feelings of loss and grief, but also fear. We often view our father’s as protecting us and our family so that loss can affect our feeling of safety.
Remember the bond you had in life with him will never be broken.
Remember you were lucky to share beautiful memories with him.
My heart aches when I think about your loss. I offer you my thoughts and prayers during this dark time in you life.

Johnny was one of the most hard working, loving family men that I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. His eyes lit up when he spoke of his family, his community and his varied work interests. He had such a lovely sense of humour and a kindness about him that is indeed memorable. I am so very saddened to learn of his passing. My heart goes out to Lenore, Tracey and Amy and all members of his family. May the memory of his love for you and his generosity of spirit give you strength.
