HICKLAND: LEONARD EDWARD At P.R.H.C., Palliative Care on Friday April 8, 2005. Leonard Hickland of Young's Point formerly of Bradford, Ont. in his 91st year. Husband of the late Iva Jenny (Neill) and the late Eliza Jane (Traynor) Ayotte. Loving father of Marion Folliott and her partner Raymond Drodge of Peterborough, formerly of Barrie and Bradford. Dear brother of Evelyn Golden of Mt. Forest. Step-father of Kathleen Boyle (Russell) of Peterborough, Madeline Houghton (Robert) of Angus, Doreen Nobes (William) of Peterborough, Colleen Rioux (Denis) of Young's Point and step-father-in-law of Debbie Ayotte. Sadly missed by 13 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. Predeceased by his son-in-law Ruston Folliott, sisters Gladys Ferguson (Walter), Audrey & Verna, brothers Nelson and Eldon, step-daughter Lauretta Dunford and step-son Joseph Ayotte. Friends are invited to call at the HENDREN FUNERAL HOME, Lakefield on Sunday April 10, 2005 from 1-4 p.m. Service in the Hendren Chapel on Monday April 11, 2005 at 10:30 am. Rev. Warren Vollmer officiating. Interment Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Bradford on Monday at 3:00 pm.
