Pat was my lovely godmother and I'm so sorry to say I lost contact with her and your family in recent years.
We were so happy that Pat could spend time with Pauline in her final months back in 2000 - meant the world to our mum.
And now you've had to farewell your lovely mum, Chris, Carolyn, Susan and Steve.
I'm so sorry for your loss and all the challenges over the past few years.
