I would like to extend my condolences to the Rootham family. I grew up in the same neighbourhood as Bill and we were in 5th grade together at Knobhill school. I would walk home from work many times with Mr. Rootham (BIll's dad) and he was filled with pride that his son Bill had entered into the trades to become an electrician. May he rest in peace.
