Ron was a gentle giant inspiring all who came in contact with him! Such an assett to his community, he will be remembered for his work with the local "Youth Unlimited" organization, and his participation and leadership in the Community Christmas Dinners, among many other charitable endeavours.
His students and staff truly loved this educator who instinctively knew how to handle people; "the perfect principal" I was told by many.
A loving, caring husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather, friend, mentor and just an all around guy who loved and lived a full life..
He will be greatly missed by all of us who came into conrtact with him!!!
Our deepest sympathy and prayers go out to Mary Ann and family in thisgreat loss.

Dear Mary Ann and family
I am sorry to hear of Ron’s passing. He was the best principal I ever worked with, always smiling with a quick, witty comment. I can still see him greeting every staff member as they entered Lady Eaton every morning with a big smile, telling them to have a good day. He was the only administrator I ever knew who did that. He will be missed by a great many people.

Mary Ann and family,
We are so sorry to hear of Ron's passing. He was a true gentleman in every aspect of the word. The days of teaching at Lady Eaton with Ron are some of my fondest memories. He greeted everyone, every morning, with that infectious smile of his and wishes for a great day. He truly demonstrated each day what it meant to be a person who cared for others and always put the needs of the children foremost in his decision making. Our hearts are heavy for you all. Cherish the memories that you shared and we hope they will bring you comfort in the days ahead.
Our deepest sympathies,
Brenda Boyd & family

Mary Ann & family. I just found out on Sun. ( Sept 29th ) and was sorry to hear about Ron's passing. Pauline & I served on the Home & School Assoc. when Ron was principal at Lady Eaton too many years ago to remember exactly the year. We always were fond of Ron and we had a few social get together's with the rest of the H & S members. I have often wondered how he was doing.
