Obituary of Edward Alexander Knott

Knott: Edward Alexander

June 4 1951 - May 31 2024

Passed away at Sunnybrook hospital on Friday May 31st, 2024. Edward was in his 73rd year. A life long resident of Curve Lake, he also attended school in Curve Lake, Lakefield and Sir Sandford Fleming College.

He worked for Public Works, and before that worked placing rebar (steel).

In his younger years, he did Marathon Canoe Racing, Dog Field Trials in Canada and the USA; As well as being an avid hunter with his Cousin Walter Taylor, and all of the family of the Red Locust Hunt Camp.  

Loving father of Wade (Jen), Gaylord (Shelley), Nodin (Jenn), and Alec (Meghan), all Whose Mother is Marilyn Knott.

Exceptional Grand-father (Pa) to Abram, Gabriel, MacKenna, Meredith, Whitney, Lysa, Rae-Rae, Leita, Jacob, and Owen. Also remembered by his Sisters Adrienne and Deanna. Edward is Predeceased by his parents Irma Knott (nee Taylor), and Gale Knott.
