Obituary of Branden William Vicars Beatty
Branden Beatty, 36, of Bobcaygeon, Ontario, passed away on May 16, 2024, at Ross Memorial Hospital in Lindsay, Ontario. Branden was born April 18, 1988, at Ross Memorial Hospital in Lindsay to his loving parents Susan and Brian Beatty. He spent his early years on the Beatty family dairy farm, helping his parents and grandparents, Harold and Betty Beatty. It was on the farm that he learned the joy of helping others, the importance of community, and gained his strong work ethic.
After Branden graduated from IE Weldon Secondary School in Lindsay, Ontario, he continued to work on the family dairy farm and in different odd jobs, enjoying the variety of life and the thrill of learning new trades. By the time Branden was in his thirties, he had mastered skills in tree removal, hedge trimming, heavy equipment operation, and as a gas technician. He had recently started his own hedge trimming business on the strength of numerous satisfied customers and a solid reputation for quality work. Doing a good job gave Branden a great amount of pride and was something he worked hard at, each and every day.
Branden was a caring father, son, brother, and friend, who will be remembered for his boundless energy, big heart, and love for life. He always had a smile on his face and loved people. His early departure will leave a void in the hearts of the many people that knew and loved him.
Branden was a loving father to son Jack and daughters Madisen and Maren. Loving son to Susan and Brian, and dear brother to Britney, Andrew, Melissa, Renee, and Lori Ann. He is survived by an extended family and a host of long-time friends.
Branden prided himself on helping others in life, so it is only fitting that his last selfless act on earth was giving the gift of life through organ donation. Thanks to this extraordinary gift, Branden’s spirit will continue to shine bright through the lives he helped save.
To commemorate Branden’s life, a Celebration of Life will be held at the Dunsford Community Centre from 1pm to 4pm on Saturday May 25, 2024. Additionally, a trust will be set up for his 3 children, if you would like to donate, please go to https://gofund.me/6e8bde84.
