MURPHY, MURIEL ELIZABETH ‘BETTY' (nee Harrison)

Passed away at Hospice Peterborough on May 8^th, 2024. Betty of Peterborough and formerly of Lakefield in her 88^th year.

Beloved wife of the late John Edward Murphy. Loving mother of John (Nancy) of Orillia, Chris (Rose) of Bridgenorth, Leanna (Doug) of Cambridge and Tim (Leah) of Peterborough. Sadly, missed by 9 grandchildren, Dustin, Colin, Cameron, Adam, Chad, Caitlin, Eric, Ashley and Jessica Daughter of Gilbert Harrison and the late Goldie Wannamaker. Great grandmother of Kayleigh, Jackson, Morgynne, Sierra, Rylee, Tristan, Gracie, Farrah and Colton. Beloved Sibling to Terry (Peggy), Bob (Donna) Harrison and the late Ron (Lee).

Arrangements have been entrusted to THE HENDREN FUNERAL HOME – LAKEFIELD CHAPEL. A service is to take place on Friday May 17^th, 2024 at The Hendren Funeral Home – Lakefield (66 Queen Street) from 11:00 AM till 12:00 PM. Interment is to follow.
