Obituary of Frank Parcells

PARCELLS, Frank of Warsaw Ontario

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Frank Parcells on March 17^th, 2024 after battling cancer, peacefully with his family by his side at 59, just 11 days before his 60^th birthday in his famous birthday month. Beloved husband and soulmate for 33 years to Trish (Fitzgerald). Loving father to Jessica (Shawn Rombough), Rebecca (Matt Drimmie) and Alex. Cherished papa of Izabella and Ryerson Rombough and Maisie Drimmie. Brother to Marilyn (Richard) Armstrong, Maryann Hill (John), Ron (Shelley) Parcells, Bill (Colleen) Parcells, Lawrence Parcells and predeceased by his parents and two siblings Ed (Ev) Parcells and Kathy (Norm) Meehan. Frank was a brother-in-law to Dave (Sandra) Fitzgerald, Sharon (Herb) Boreham, Sandra (John) Smit, Karen (Dave) Wood and Jackie Fitzgerald. Frank will be missed by his many nieces, nephews and close friends. 

Frank will be remembered for his amazing sense of humour, for being the life of the party and camping with close friends. He loved to show his passion for hunting, knowledge of carpentry and being a die-hard Leafs fan. His legacy will live on through our memories of his quick wit, his jokes and charm. “True story, happened to a friend of mine.” – Frank Parcells.

Arrangements have been entrusted to THE HENDREN FUNERAL HOME – LAKEFIELD CHAPEL. Following Frank’s wishes, a Celebration of Life will be held at the Norwood Legion Branch 300 (27 King Street, Norwood) on April 20^th, 2024 from 12:00 PM till 4:00 PM. Well-wishers are encouraged to write a farewell on a Molson Canadian beer can and drink it in Franks honour.
