My deepest condolences to the family of
Mr. Ray Mader. My heartfelt apologies I could not be there in person to express my support, care and concerns.
I am certain Ray will understand that like on the farm there is no time for days off you must work 24/7 to keep production going. To the family it is hopeful you will never forget the teachings and legacy he left behind and make a future he will be proud of. I always wondered why out in the hay fields you could mostly find only three leaf clovers. The death of Ray made me understand it if very difficult or challenging to find that fourth leaf.
In the life of 4-H the three farming amigos were very successful in the first three H their HEAD was always clear thinking, their HEARTS always had great loyalty, and their HANDS better service for their club, their community and their country...but their HEALTH was in need of improvement...to the last surviving Amigo and all those who support good health... take warning and work on improving your health. No more chores for Ray unless heaven assigns him some duties.
Your supporter & prayers for world peace! Edward

I spent my summers from 10-18 working on the Beef Farms with Ray, Roger & Hugh.
They were like the three Amigos of the farm always appeared to be caring, sharing and there for each other when in need. They would teach us strong work ethics and ensure their wives properly fed us awesome meals during haying season.
Their support and guidance would propel us to reach the top in 4-H extra curricular activities and motivate us to be successful in the academic as well as agricultural industry.
Even into my own senior years of life...their teachings I value and hold in my heart & body. The caring and generosity for others will be engraved in my soul for an eternity.
One of the main lessons of life they taught is that farmers are the embodiment of arduous work, dedication and resilience.
Ray's messages of life always had that teaching mentality...the style that affects eternity...as they may never know...where or how their influence will ever end...
My deepest sympathy to his wife Wendy and all his family members during this loss and grieving period.
My apologies I can not attend in body but am their in heart and spirit.
Kind Regards & Best Wishes to all Edward Luffman.

Dear Wendy, Chad, Blair & Family,
Please accept my deepest condolences.
The truth is, Ray is the reason I passed advanced math in high-school! I've never forgotten his support and tutoring. A wonderful neighbor and a man you could always rely on in the community.
Thinking of you all,
Pamela (Miller) Wilson

Sending our sincere and heartfelt condolences to Wendy, Blair, Mandy, Cardiff, Campbell and all of the Mader family.
Ray will always be remembered fondly. My memories of Ray were at the rink and I enjoyed our conversations, his wit / humour and his straight-forward-ness. Ray loved watching the boys play! May he rest in peace. He left a mark on us ~ always to be treasured. Much love from Jackson and Kateri xoxo

I want to express my condolences to you, Wendy, and your family for the loss of Ray. My many great memories of him at Norwood High School teaching math in the “Grade 8 wing” and discussing his hope and expectations of his graduating students with Scottie and myself are still very vivid.
