NORRIS, Shirley

Our dear mother and grandmother passed away at Peterborough Regional Health Centre on February 2, 2024 at the age of 85. As a nurse and longtime resident of Lakefield, Shirley will be remembered for providing care to many area residents through her work at Dr. Sherin’s office, Harborne Nursing Home and Lakefield Private Hospital. Beloved wife of 63 years to Bob.  Dear mother of Robb, (Debbie), and the late Rick (Kerry).  Treasured grandmother of Caillan (Victoria), Brennan (Amanda), Chelsea and Sarah (Vanessa)and great grandmother of Alexander, Chaise, Wyatt and Tanner.  Shirley is survived by her sister Marilyn Greenland. Remembered by sisters and brothers in law, nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place. Arrangements entrusted to HENDREN FUNERAL HOMES-LAKEFIELD CHAPEL.  A celebration of life is planned for the spring.
