It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Jim, who peacefully left this world with his loving wife by his side after a courageous battle with cancer. His departure leaves a void in the hearts of many cherished family members and friends, who were his extended family. Jim’s love for Lakefield was unwavering, dedicating his life's work to serving the village he cherished, leaving an indelible mark on its community.
