Obituary of Marian Johnson
JOHNSON, Marian Elaine (Henwood)
May 12th, 1941 – January 20th, 2024
Loved and Loving Daughter, Sister, Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandma and friend to many. Marian is reunited with the love of her life, husband Martin (2018) whom she shared 57 wonderful years with, parents Arthur and Annette Henwood and sister Margaret Ballou.
Mom will be missed by her children Patty Anne (Dave Hatch), Angela (Ian Branston), Robbie (Karen), Elaine, and nephew Dale (April) Woodcock. Marian’s grandchildren Kimberly (Chris), Kelly (Steve), Allysha (Joel), Joshua (Iulia), Jacob (Kathy), Mitchell (Emily), grand niece Nicole (Brandon) will miss her off key singing of silly songs and jingles. Four great grandchildren and three Great niece and nephews will never hear her tell stories of moving into a farm house with no running water or indoor plumbing. Elder brother Ray Henwood and younger brother David (Peggy) Henwood, many nieces, nephews, friends and extended family will treasure her memory.
Arrangements have been entrusted to THE HENDREN FUNERAL HOME – MONK CHAPEL. A visitation will be held at The Hendren Funeral Home – Monk Chapel (6 Helen Street, Bobcaygeon) on Wednesday January 31st, 2024 from 11:00 AM till 12:00 PM. A service is to follow at 12:00 PM.
