Passed away peacefully at home on January 13th, 2024. Beloved Husband to Sheila and cherished father to Steve (Deb), Duane (Eldene) and Shelley Maltby (Don). Jack was a beloved grandfather to Erika, Jake, Blake, Karla, Ryan, Lindsay and great grandfather to Lucas, Kennadi, Ruby, Cole, Carter and Chase.
Arrangements have been entrusted to THE HENDREN FUNERAL HOME – MONK CHAPEL. As per the family’s request, there will be no service taking place. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a charity of your choice by calling 705-738-3222.
