With deep sorrow and much love, we mourn the passing of Sean, at the age of 57.

Survived by parents Donald and Carol Jeremiah, children Alexandra and Christopher Jeremiah, and siblings Erin (Steve), Lindsey (Andrew), and Michael (Tara).

Sean was loved and will be missed by many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. Sean is also missed by colleagues from National Grocers and McCloskey’s as well as his many dear high school friends and all the friends he met along the way.

Sean always worked hard and played hard. He made many memories with so many friends and family. Sean will be remembered for his heart of gold, his love for dogs (his constant companions) and his love for making homemade pickles and pies.

A celebration of life will take place at THE HENDREN FUNERAL HOMES-LAKEFIELD CHAPEL, 66 Queen Street, on Friday October 20 th , from 1:00PM-4:00PM. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to R.A.A.M (Rapid Access Addiction Medicine) at P.R.H.C.
