It is with great sadness that we announce Leah Anderson at the age of 82, passed away peacefully with her children by her side at Ross Memorial Hospital on July 12th, 2023. Leah was a cherished mother to Christine (Dave) and Andrew (Darla). Leah was also known as Nan to Emma and Hannah. She is survived and will be missed by her brother Dave (Mildred), sister-in-
law Ruth (brother Bert deceased). One of Leah’s passions in life was gardening and she enjoyed her card games with the “girls”. She will be lovingly remembered by all her nieces, nephews,
extended Walden family, family/friends in Nova Scotia and Newfoundland and her many friends/colleagues in Bobcaygeon and area.
Arrangements have been entrusted to THE HENDREN FUNERAL HOME – MONK CHAPEL. A visitation is to take place on July 24th, 2023 at The Hendren Funeral Home – Monk Chapel from 1:00 pm till 2:30 pm. Following the visitation everyone is invited to Verulam cemetery (85 Dunn Street, Bobcaygeon) for a Graveside service.
