MASCIOLI: Rose Edith (nee Little)

It is with great sadness that we are announcing the passing of Rose Mascioli. A beloved mother, grandmother, and friend to many that knew her, at the P.R.H.C. on Saturday June 24, 2023 in her 71st year due to a sudden illness with her family by her side.  Rose was enjoying her retirement from Jackson Creek Retirement Residence and Heron Landing Golf Course where she cooked for many..  She is loved and missed by her children Cindy Adams (Preston) of Peterborough, Rob Payne (Alexis Bruyns) of Norwood and step-son Jason Masciole (Amy Cardwell) of Peterborough.  Loving grandmother of Jayden, Connor, Ryker, Madison, Abby, Piper and the late Luca.  Also missed by her brothers Allan, Dan (Annette), Dave (Rose), Paul (Gwen), Ken (Jill) and sisters-in-law Pam and Shirley.  Survived by many nieces and nephews.  Predeceased by her brothers Don and Ron and sister-in-law Kathy.  A private family funeral service will take place.  A Celebration of Rose’s Life will be held at a later date.  Memorial donations may be made to The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Canada and may be made by contacting THE HENDREN FUNERAL HOMES, LAKEFIELD CHAPEL, 66 Queen Street, Lakefield at www.hendrenfuneralhome.com or by calling 705-652-3355.
