Pat MacGregor of Bobcaygeon in her 75^th year, passed away peacefully at the P.R.H.C. Palliative Care Unit on Saturday February 18, 2023.  Pat will be remembered for her kind spirit and many years of owning and operating Mac Doo’s Restaurant in both Bobcaygeon and Dunsford.  She is loved and missed by her children Rejeanne Martin (Kyle) of Lakefield and Matt MacGregor (Jessie) of Bobcaygeon.  Dear grandma of Brooks and Barrett Martin.  Survived by her sisters-in-law Helen Stoner, Jeanette Emslie (Dave), Joyce MacGregor (Peter), brother-in-law Keith MacGregor (Basia) and several nieces and nephews.  Predeceased by her parents Ernest and Doris, brothers Richard “Dick”, Ken and by her former husband and friend Jim MacGregor.  Cremation has taken place.  Memorial donations may be made to the MS Society or P.R.H.C.
