IRWIN, Verna Eileen

Passed away at Peterborough Regional Health Centre, on January 21, 2023. Verna Irwin (née Swinson), of Buckhorn, in her 94 year.  Beloved wife of the late Allen Irwin, and dear partner to Eric Robertson.  Loving mother of Grant (d. Betty), Philip (Chrissy), Leon (Louise), Peter (Esther), Rick (Fran), Scott (Christine). Loved by her 15 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren. Verna is predeceased by her siblings, and survived by her brother-in-law Ben Irwin and many nieces and nephews.  Arrangements entrusted to THE HENDREN FUNERAL HOMES -LAKEFIELD CHAPEL.  A graveside service will be held at the Sandy Lake Cemetery, Cemetery Road, Lakehurst, Ontario, on April 8^th 2023 at 11:00AM.  Family and friends are invited to join in a time of fellowship and refreshment at the Lakehurst Hall from 11:30 am-2:30 PM, following the interment.
