Bill was a great friend of mine the last 10 years! My favorite memory of all time of him is making him laugh over the small things in life. He was probably one of the best pool players out there. My neighborhood has lost a great friend last year. Bill foster was one My most cherished friends out there. He always was able to put a smile on my face no matter how things were going! Our family and friends lost a beloved friend of ours. Bill foster was like a great grandfather to me. It is a very hard time to cope with alot of things and I honestly will cherish every moment him and I spent together. Love ya forever billy. See you on the flip side my friend
