CUMMINGS: Noble Wesley

Passed away peacefully at his home on Thursday June 30, 2022.  Noble Cummings of Lakehurst, residing in Curve Lake was in his 85^th year.  Noble is predeceased by his wife Carole (nee Dixon).  Noble was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed spending much of his time in nature, whether working his hobby farm or talking long walks.  He hunted and trapped his whole life and in his spare time enjoyed watching Toronto baseball or hockey on T.V.  Over his career, he worked at many jobs including driving truck for Lakefield Farm Supplies, was the owner/operator of a Tree Clearing service and working for Harvey Township in Water Systems and Dog Catching.  He will be fondly remembered for his natural ability at story telling.  He is loved and missed by his children Mark Cummings of Lakehurst, Kelli Barton (Corey) of Campbellford, Lori Cummings of Curve Lake and Leah Darling (Dave) of Warsaw.  Dear poppa of Rachel, Amy, Lorie, Nathaniel, Joey, Maggie (Trent), Britini (Dan), Josh, Charlie (Emma), MacKenzie, Wes (Brie), Hannah (Kurtis) and great poppa of Robert, Aubrey, Matthew, Mary and Emili.  Survived by his sisters-in-law Fern and Eileen Cummings, special friends Susan Neuman and James “Monster” Francis and several nieces, nephews and cousins.  Predeceased by his parents Wesley & Gertrude, sisters Elva (Murray), Mary (Ben), Joyce (Aubrey), Ida (Eddie), Marion (Harry), Jude (Ivan), Deb (George), Sally, Doreen and brothers Austin & Wayne.
