Schnezler-Buckley, Kathryn

Passed away peacefully on June 28, 2022 at Ross Memorial Hospital in Lindsay ON at the age of 74. Kathryn was born in Montreal, Quebec to the late Ernest and Virginia Schnezler of Valois, Quebec and was the wife of the late Warren Buckley of Scarborough and Bobcaygeon ON. Dearly loved sister of the late Joseph Rupert of Toronto ON, Diane Marchessault of Montreal QC and Elsbeth Doke Tate (John) of Lakefield ON. Dearly loved and remembered by her nephews Philippe (Gillian) of Montreal QC, Charles Doke (Christine) of King ON, Jeremy Doke (Lisa) of King ON and the late Charles Marchessault of North Bay ON. Kathryn will also be missed by her great nephews Jordan and Brandon Doke of King ON, Julien and Gabriel Marchessault of Vancouver BC and great niece Lilah Tate Doke of King ON. Kathryn will also be missed by her very good friend Heather Jenkinson of Bobcaygeon ON. The family wishes to express a special thank you to the nurses and staff at Ross Memorial Hospital Palliative Care unit for their care and compassion in making Kathryn’s final hours very peaceful. 

Arrangements have been entrusted by THE HENDREN FUNERAL HOME – LAKEFIELD CHAPEL. Cremation to take place and there is no visitation or service at Kathryn’s request.
