Obituary of Harold John Weatherbee

Passed away at Peterborough Regional Health Centre, Peterborough on Thursday, February 17, 2022 at the age of 78. Beloved husband of Linda (née Hewitt) of 46 years. Cherished Father of Debi-Lynn Clark (Bill) of Cobourg, Sharon Panepinto (Paul) of Cobourg, Robert Weatherbee (Mona Rendon) of St. John, British Columbia, Michael Weatherbee (Lori Filion) of Bowmanville, and Harold Jr. Weatherbee of Peterborough. Harold will be missed by his grandchildren, Alyssa, Eric, Katherine, Jessica, and Patrick and his great-grandchildren, Ciara, Kylie, Kaydance, Tanner, and Savannah. Step-son of Shirley Weatherbee of Oakville. Brother of Dave Weatherbee (Alvina) of Barrie, Debbie Gill (Brian Weaver) of Cobourg, Sharon Weatherbee-Padmore of Oakville, Michael Weatherbee of Welland, and Judy Brooks (Mark) of Victoria, British Columbia. Harold leaves behind his best friend, Bill Fluke and best pet friends, Riley and Scarlett. Predeceased by his parents, Harold and Nellie (née Macdonald) Weatherbee and his sister, Margaret.

The family extends their gratitude to the staff at Peterborough Regional Health Centre – A4 for their amazing care and compassion. Respecting Harold’s wishes, cremation has taken place. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to The Peterborough Humane Society or Lakefield Animal Welfare Society (LAWS).
