Obituary of Bernice Estelle Anne Symonds

SYMONDS: Bernice

Following a lengthy illness, Estelle Anne ‘Bernice’ Symonds passed away peacefully on February 3, 2002 at the Ross Memorial Hospital in Lindsay, Ontario at the age of 78.  Bernice was born in Riverdale, PEI to the late John Edward and Mary (Egan) McQuaid.  She is lovingly remembered and missed by her husband of 52 years, Allen, her daughter Lesley & son-in-law David, granddaughter Emma and son William.  She is survived by her siblings Eileen (CND), Brendon (Anne), Jim (Kathy), Gen (George), Richard (Gloria), Margie (Frank) and many nieces and nephews.  A celebration of her life will take place at a later date.
