Hi Steve, I just wanted to send my sincere and warm condolences to you and your family at Madeleine's passing. She will always be a shining star but she was a guiding light for me when I showed up at Don Mills for my first day at Upjohn's head office. She quickly took me under her wing and pointed me in the right direction. Nothing seemed to get her stressed out and she was always quick with a smile and a few encouragements and a lot of "hang in there's kid"! Even though it has been many years that I have not spoken to her she is someone who will never fade from my memory. She was a rockstar! For you Steve, I would like to share a story about a conversation that I had with a friend after the loss of a mutual friend. She said to me, "You know Claude, it doesn't end when you pass. Love.... friendship....relationships..... they don't end when you pass. The departed will continue to love those left behind and the survivors will do the same."
