With heavy heart, I reach out to let friends and colleagues know that Anne, my incredibly brave, intelligent, loyal and loving marriage partner of some 47 years drew her last breath in my arms on the afternoon of November 8, 2021.
A gust of fresh air in any gathering, a fountain of creative ideas in multiple domains, always audacious and invariably ready to share a laugh, Anne’s departure leaves a gap in the fabric of our family the magnitude of which I and our five adult children struggle to fully comprehend.
Anne has been the best person who ever could have happened to me in my lifetime. My deep hope is that she and I will be privileged in some way to share the next lifetime as well, once I myself reach that other side.
