Obituary of Patricia Ann Beckett

It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our dear mother Patricia Ann Beckett, in her 81st year, on Friday, July 16, 2021. 

Dearest wife of the late William “Bill” Beckett, 2015, and Keith Crowder, 1974. First born of the late Raymond and Juliette “Dimps” Turmaine. Loving mother of Paula Jean Roberts, and Sherri Lynn Birch (Kevin). Also, friend and step mom to David and Douglas Beckett. 

Survived by siblings, Philip Turmaine (late Marilyn), Dennis Turmaine (Theresa), Jeannette Cain (late Clayton) and her dear friend Bill Lamon, Dorothy “Dody” 

DeVuono (Jim), and Paul Turmaine (Kathy). 

Her wonderful grandchildren, Daniel and Christopher Birch, Sarah DeWachter (Nickolas), Savanna Dee Pietarinen, Taylor Guindon, Holly Mousseau and sweet great grandsons Mason and Logan DeWachter. 

Special thank you for the compassionate care provided by Dr. Tamara Adamek, Dr. Sarah LeBlanc, Dr. Lisa Aasheim, nurses Brittany, Donita and Amber and the entire healthcare team. 

Visitation will be held in Sault Ste. Marie on September 4, 2021 from 7:00-9:00 p.m. at Giovanni’s Restaurant, 516 Great Northern Road. Sault Ste. Marie will be Patricia’s resting place.
