Anne is someone you can talk to when you are in crisis. Caring, sincere, loving people never leave us and we still need them after they go their own way because they are part of us. They never leave, never. Two years ago when I found out I had cancer and would need treatment we spoke at length on the phone about me--which is the hallmark of Anne's personality--it's always about the other person and their needs. She reassured me that I would beat it and encouraged me to stand tough--an attribute she always displayed. We've known Bob and Anne for over fifty years and Anne, more than anyone, always stayed in touch with Sandra and myself. It's only with the deepest love and respect that I want Bob, Karen and Krista to know how much Anne means to us--and always will.
