Obituary of Lois Irwin

A husband, a son, daughters, other family and friends are saddened to announce the passing of Lois Irwin at Peterborough Regional Health Centre on Friday, July 25, 2008. Lois will be sadly missed by her husband William Irwin, daughters Mary Lynn(George) Stephenson of Newmarket, Joan (Paul) Byrne of Callander and Jim (Joanne) Patton of Bobcaygeon, stepchildren Susan (Bob) Gallagher of Lethbridge, AB and William (Judy) Irwin of Hamilton, 6 grandchildren , 6 great-grandchildren and 2 step great-grandchildren, brother Frederick Hamilton and many nieces and nephews. Lois is predeceased by her parents Etta and David Hamilton, first husband Harold Patton and siblings Lorne, Jean, Enid, Verona, Shirley and Allan. Family and friends will be received at Monk Funeral Home, 6 Helen Street, Bobcaygeon from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Sunday and from 12 noon -1 p.m. Monday. Funeral service in the chapel on Monday, July 28, 2008 at 1 p.m. Interment Verulam Cemetery. It is not enough to say she is loved; it is not enough to say that she will be missed.
