On Monday November 25, 2019, suddenly, following a stroke, at the Peterborough Regional Health Centre, at the age of 88.  Beloved of his wife Elsie (Schell), his son Mark (Marilyn), daughter Sally (Rob), and his grandchildren Ian (Sheelah), Paul (Bella), Steve and Katie.  Survived by his brother Alvin (Nancy), sister-in-law Emily (Ed) and brother-in-law Herb.  Friends and relatives may call at THE HENDREN FUNERAL HOMES, LAKEFIELD CHAPEL, 66 Queen Street, Lakefield, on Thursday November 28, 2019 from 1:00 – 4:00 PM. A funeral service will be held at LAKEFIELD UNITED CHURCH, on Friday November 29, 2019 at 12:00 PM.  A reception will follow in the fellowship hall of the church.  Your caring thoughts are greatly appreciated by the family.  Should you feel the need to do more, consider an act of kindness for a family member, friend or stranger to honour Harold’s memory.  Further information available at www.hendrenfuneralhome.comor 705-652-3355.
