My Sincere Condolences to the Family of this Great Lady...... I only had the privilege of knowing Elsie for just a couple of Years.... She quickly became a Great Friend and Neighbor that I am going to miss so much.... On those dull days, Elsie would always be an inspiration, always a smile and a quick wit.... Elsie was a Warrior and She will be deeply missed....A Beautiful Lady so rare and precious... May She rest in the Arms of Our Lord... Amen.... A rose once grew where all could see, sheltered beside a garden wall, And as the days passed swiftly by, it spread its branches, straight and tall... One day, a beam of light shone through a crevice that had opened wide ~ The rose bent gently toward its warmth then passed beyond to the other side Now, you who deeply feel its loss, be comforted ~ the rose blooms there ~ its beauty even greater now, nurtured by God's own loving care.

To Elsie's dear Family: The McIntosh Family extend our sincere sympathies to all of your family at this time of sadness. The McIlmoyles were good friends of the McIntoshes who had a cottage at the end of Mill Line Road and several of your relatives were employed there over the past years. Elsie was a very special friend to our mother, Marie McIntosh, and they enjoyed many hours of friendship over a cup of tea looking over Pigeon Lake. Your Mom was a wonderful and kind lady. Cherish your memories as we will. Sincere and heartfelt blessings to all, Elaine (McIntosh) Willis

Sometimes you meet people who leave a special footprint in your heart; Elsie was that person. She was the highlight of my Fridays and I looked forward to each and every jab, poke, insult and snicker but above all, her laugh. And every appointment ended with me saying "Call me if you need bail". I'll miss you Elsie. You are one of a kind. xo
