Obituary of James Britton

Passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family, at Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital, Orillia, on October 17, 2013, our dear dad, James Dalgleish Britton of Hawkstone, in his 83rd year. Loving husband of Betty Georgina (née Proudfoot) for 64 years. Father of Susan (Catherine), James, Carol, Thomas and the late Robert. Grandfather of Cassanda, Alexi, Blair (Nyla), and Hilary. Great-granddad to Alexi, Holly, Zoe, James, Aleah and Lukas. In his short life he was an airplane pilot and helicopter’s chief mechanic working for Dominion Helicopters, Pegasus and Trans-Canada Pipeline.  He will be dearly missed by all. Love you Daddy-O.
