Peacefully at Specialty Care Case Manor, Bobcaygeon in his 89th year. Son of the late Captain & Mrs. Ernest Straker. Husband of the late Florence A. Straker (neé White). Father of Susanne (Ken) Sarjeant, Ernie (Elinor) Straker and Michael (Lorie) Straker. Grandfather to Camille (Craig) Robinson, Rebecca Sarjeant (Trevor Gardner) and Adam Straker and Bryan Straker. Great-Grandpa to Emmitt Robinson. Brother of the late Ellen (Straker) and husband Bud Kuntz. Uncle to Patsy Swain, Diane (Ron) Wilson and Frances (Dick) Ramsay. Great -uncle to many nieces and nephews. Family and friends will be received at Christ Church Anglican on Friday, August 1, 2008 from 1 p.m. until Service time at 2 p.m. To the staff and nurses at Specialty Care Case we extend our grateful thanks for your care of dad.
