I just found out about Joans passing and am just so saddened to hear. I did Joan’s hair for several years about 20 years ago and she always held a special place in my heart! I still make some of her delicious recipes she shared with me and always looked forward to our visits. She was a great woman and will always be remembered ..my condolences to her family.

The Hamilton family sends our condolences and we're extremely sorry to hear that Joan has passed away. We will never forget the great times at Stony Lake, the golf tournaments, days on the dock and many Bridge games. Laurie and Fraser are out of the country but I know their thoughts are with the whole family and they wish they could have been here to share in the celebration of a life well lived. Mom, Dad and the whole family considered Joan a close friend and will cherish the memories we've created together over the last 40 years of friendship. She will be missed by all and the lake community will not be the same without her. We'll be thinking about the whole family.
