We are so sorry to just hear about the passing of your brother Dave.
We wish to send our deepest condolences to, Virginia & all the family.
Dave sure was the model person as a continuous warrior in his fight inside & out with such a terrible disease!
I am sure he is showing that great smile, now that he has finally found his peace.
May he forever rest with God!
✝
Sincerely,
Jim & Bev Flowersmith

Dear Virginia: I am so sorry for the loss of your beloved husband, David. I know your faith and courage will not fail you at this difficult time. May it help, if only a little, to know that I, too, am thinking of you, that I truly care and understand. Sincerely, Irene

We have been so very blessed to have known Dave. He was a dear friend and such a prayer warrior. Dave loudly lived his faith. He loved his Jesus! When we remember him we think of him in this way:
D - deeply devoted to his Lord
A - avid outdoorsman
V - victorious Christian
I - industrious (hard working provider for his family)
D - dedicated husband & father
We anticipate our reunion in Heaven some day! So thankful for the life lived and the legacy left for his family.

Cousins are so special, David will always be remembered by me as the passionate, fiery redhead who loved to sing tongue twister songs and always opened a conversation with a question that made your thoughts turn at once to some unique and powerful aspect about God.
Summers in Burleigh Falls were memories that we cherish as Dave and Doug came and captured our kids and took them off to enjoy some new and exciting, often, slightly dangerous adventure, on the water.
I watched Elvis for the first time on their television, and was there to see the beautiful Christmas tree their dad had made to stand erect by nailing it to the new plywood floor. David ate marshmallow sandwiches and in the spring he liked finding mirrels in the woods. Maxine let them tap some Maple trees and boil the sap down in the kitchen. She made visits to their house so much fun.
Thank you David, for enriching my life and caring for our family.
Because of Jesus, we will see each other again and that will be some reunion. Love, Marilyn and Bob
