My sincerest condolences to the family. Bill and Tilley lived just down the street from where I grew up. I have very fond fond memories of both of them. They were kind and I always looked forward to saying hello. Bill could really sew I remember him making beautiful pieces for Tilley. I did not know she had passed as well. Such a lovely couple. Life separated all of us many years ago but never forgot how wonderful they were. They are together with Claudia, as they say, "til we meet again". Sending love, light and prayers during this difficult time. Tami Turcotte and family.

We were saddened to learn of Bill`s passing. He and Tilly went on our Shrine Club Truck Unit bus trips for a few years, and later was accompanied by his daughter. Bill always had a pleasant smile and was so pleasant in all our gatherings. Our sincere condolences are extended to his family. He will be missed.
