Obituary of Bert McHugh

Bert McHugh passed away peacefully at Pinecrest Nursing Home, Bobcaygeon with family by his side on Sunday, May 6, 2012 at the age of 78. Beloved husband of Joan McHugh for 53 years. Loving father of Lynn O’Neal of Nepean and Sheri (Bob) Jackson of Whitby. Grandfather of Jamie (James) Lucas of Montréal, Kelly (Adam) O’Neal of Woodlawn and Matthew Jackson and Brenna Jackson, both of Whitby. Great-grandfather of Audrey Emma Lucas and a half. Father-in-law of Terry O’Neal. Brother of Oral (Joan) McHugh of Ottawa. Family and friends will be received at Capital Memorial Gardens, 3700 Prince of Wales Drive, Ottawa on Friday May 18th.  Visitation from 1-2:30 p.m., Services at 2:30 p.m., followed by interment at 3:30 p.m. If desired, memorial donations to Pinecrest Nursing Home, Bobcaygeon, Residents’ Fund would be appreciated.
