Davey Family, please accept my deep condolences on the passing of Uncle Fred.
I have just learned of his passing. My mom, Noreen, was his sister. She passed away September, 2015, predeceased by our father, Michael Kowalchuk.
I remember your parents visiting when we lived in Shilo, Manitoba. They were such lovely people. I believe Troy & Gord were also there. Blessings to you all.

My deepest condolences to the entire Davey family.. I feel terrible I couldn't get out today with the rest of my family, but just getting over a bad flu bug and cold, and just did not have the energy to leave the house. Fred & Rhoda have been good friends for many years, Rhoda was the reason for me getting into Real Estate, and we have had a lot of fun over the years, the four of us. Fred was always there to give Charlie a helping hand from the day we built our new home on Bishop many years ago, and the two of them had become very close friends....... after Charlie's death Matt seemed to step in to help Fred with whatever he needed cutting grass, taking him somewhere, and they became buddies. Fred's love for Rhoda is something I will never forget, and he was proud to let anyone know that wanted to listen.. he was a hard ass in his younger years but sure mellowed over the years, after Rhoda's stroke, he was there sitting with her every day, even after she didn't know him anymore, he still somehow managed to go and sit for hours with her, which touched my heart, he was her soul mate until the day she died. he will be missed by many, but as his last few years weren't quality years, I truly believe he was ready, the videos brought me to tears Guys, love, thoughts and prayers to you all throughout this difficult time.....
