Val, Laura, Joe and families
We are so sorry for your loss. We remember fondly the visits we had with your Mom and Dad at the cottage. From the beginning she welcomed us into her home. We had many good meals, played board games and horse shoes and sang songs around the campfire. She loved and surrounded herself with family whenever she could.
Cherish all of the fond memories you have and they will help you through the sadness.

Laura, I'm so sad about the passing of your dear mother. Carol and I were friends for many years; since sometime in the 1990's. We were both teaching in the early days up at the kawartha settler's village. She her bunks and I my basket weaving. We would sit in on each other's classes. I remember the struggle she had quitting smoking, the passing of your dear father Bill, getting rid of the cats before she moved from gypsy point to millbrook and so much more. I wish I had pictures to share with you, but I haven't been able to find any. My love goes out to you and your family. Carol will be in my memory always.

Our deepest sympathies for your loss. Carol is a very special angel and will always hold a place in our hearts for the kindness shown when she gave Mom the lap quilt she had made. We know it made Mom's time in St. Andrews Long Term Care a comfortable one.

Very sorry for your loss. I remember Carol from years ago when she lived in the blue house on Pigeon Lake. She and Bill were wonderful people and very involved in the community. They were great supporters when I ran in Municipal elections. Carol was so talented in her crafts. Rest in peace Carol.
