Obituary of Joan Kathryn Gardner

Passed away peacefully on Friday February 17, 2017 at Caressant Care Nursing Home in Lindsay. Joan held a career as a medical secretary at both Sunnybrook and Branson Hospitals before moving to Bobcaygeon in 2007. Throughout her four year struggle with a stroke and diabetic complications, the staff at Caressant Care created a comfortable and caring environment with their kindness, compassion, humour, and respect. Words cannot express how much this was appreciated – thank you Dr. Fagan and everyone at Caressant Care. Joan will be sadly missed by her long time friend Laura Fisher and has requested that no services be held.
