Obituary of George Buchanan

Passed away at his home surrounded by family on Saturday September 3, 2016. George Buchanan of Bobcaygeon in his 74th year. Fondly remembered by his wife Susan. Loved by his daughter Senga (Jerry) Dodds. He will be missed by his grandchildren Paige (Nick) and Travis (Aida). George also leaves behind 2 great grandsons and 1 step great granddaughter. The family of George would like to invite all guests to wear bright colours on the day of the funeral service to respect George’s wishes. A Funeral Service will be held at THE HENDREN FUNERAL HOMES, MONK CHAPEL, 6 Helen Street, Bobcaygeon on Friday September 9, 2016 at 12:00 PM. Visitation one hour prior to the service. The family wishes for you to join them for a reception at the funeral home following the service. Memorial donations may be made to the Keswick Humane Society as expressions of sympathy.
