Obituary of Dorothy "Megal" Coppaway

COPPAWAY, Dorothy Marie “Megal” Passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on Friday September 2, 2016. Megal (Taylor) of Curve Lake in her 96th year. Wife of the late Eldred Coppaway. Loving Momma of Delma Foster (Derek Staples). Missed by her grandchildren Gabrielle, Todd, Crystal, Graham, Tracey, Yvette and Riel and by her 16 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren. Also survived by her many nieces, nephews and special friend and cousin Willena Goose. Predeceased by her parents Mary (nee Goose) and Lorenzo Taylor, children Lillian Gertrude, Clarion Coppaway and Ellen Vienneau, grandson Ridge and siblings Gertrude Cummings, Richard Taylor, Willena McCue, Claypole Taylor, Nancy Scelbe and Audrey Pendergast. Relatives and friends are invited to call at the Curve Lake Community Church on Tuesday September 6, 2016 from 7 – 9 PM. A funeral service will be held from the Curve Lake Community Church on Wednesday September 7, 2016 at 11:00 AM with visitation to commence at 10:00 AM. Interment Curve Lake Cemetery. Reception to follow at the Curve Lake Community Centre.
