Obituary of Eleanor Lean

LEAN: Violet Eleanor (nee Johnston) Passed away at her residence on Thursday May 12, 2016. Eleanor Lean of Apsley in her 76th year. Beloved wife of the late Douglas Herbert Lean (2015). Loving mother of Lew Lean (Heather) of Apsley, Sue Dafoe (Terry) of Bancroft and Larry Lean, also of Apsley. Grandma will always be loved and remembered by Codie (Ben), Jordan, Jacob, Kelsie, Caleb, Carter, Emma, Hunter and Tayla. Also remembered by her brothers Morley Johnston & Jack Johnston (Doris) and sisters Bernice O’Brien (the late Frank), Beatrice Tucker (Gerald), Vera McMillan (Roy) and Floris Wilson (the late Jim). Survived by her sister-in-law Gail Johnston, brother-in-law Bill Anderson and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her daughter Shelley Anne (1991), brother Willis and sisters Audrey Leether and Bessie Anderson. A private family service has taken place.
