Obituary of Shirley Haberer

Shirley passed away peacefully at North York General Hospital on October 18, 2011 at the age of 82.  So loving, so loved by her late husband Gordon Haberer and her children Tom (Veronica) Haberer of Toronto, Betty Haberer of Richmond Hill, Don (Jennifer) Haberer of Whitby.  She was a loving grandmother to grandchildren Holly (Tony) Vieira of Kitchener, Nicole Rutledge of Toronto, Carolyn (Brett) Rutledge of London, Brent Rutledge of London and Stephanie Haberer of Whitby and great-grandmother of Jasper, Avalyn, Zoe and Olivia.  Special mention to our extended family Louis (Lori) Arthurton of Windsor, Victor Arthurton of Toronto and Ken Rutledge of London.  The family wishes to give special thanks to the staff of the Palliative Care Unit at North York General Hospital for their tenderness and care.  Family and friends will be received at Monk Funeral Home, 6 Helen Street, Bobcaygeon (705-738-3222 or 866-393-0063) on Friday, October 21, 2011 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m.  Funeral Service in the chapel on Saturday, October 22, 2011 at 2 p.m.  Interment Verulam Cemetery.
