Kathy was an inspiration to many a young mind during her teaching career, but it was my cousin’s courageous battle with cancer that inspired and helped me when facing my own health issues. I am deeply saddened by her passing. She was truly one of a kind. My heartfelt condolences to all the family, and especially her husband Bob. I know you were her rock, her heart and soul, her everything, and to achieve that kind of love in this world of ours is an amazing accomplishment. So be kind to yourself and allow yourself whatever it is you need to grieve well.
