Arlene was a one of a kind woman! I have never met someone so caring, generous, funny and who loved her family so much! I feel so lucky to have known Arlene. She always made me feel like part of the family when we were together. She brought out the best in everyone and was always there for her friends and family when they were in need. We love you Arlene.

Terri, Lori and Lisa, I was so saddened to hear of Arlene's passing. She was a kind and gentle soul and my sister, Sandy Stewart's, best friend until her passing in 2009. Arlene will always be remembered for her laugh and great sense of humour. I remember so many fun times with the Shewens at their home in Woodview.
