Obituary of Winnifred "Winnie" Kidd

KIDD, Winnifred Jessica “Winnie” Passed away peacefully at the P.R.H.C. on Saturday May 9, 2015. Winnie (Hall) of Lakefield in her 90th year. Wife of the late Orville Kidd (1979). Loving mother of Bruce (Georgia), Jim (Jeanette), Nancy Bradley (Blair) and Kathie Bayley (the late Jim). Dear grandmother of Anne (Kevin), Sarah, Trevor (Leah), Amy, Kate (Matt) and Teddy. Step-grandmother of Kent, Trini and Beverley. Beloved great grandmother of Ty, Cohen, Tristan, Olivia and Wesley. Also survived by her many nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased by her infant daughter Judith Anne, parents Chester and Fannie Hall, brothers Chester, Ivan and George, sisters Cora and Gwendolyn and step-grandson Christopher. At Winnie’s request, her body has been graciously donated to the Facility of Health Sciences at Queen’s University, Kingston. Relatives and friends are invited to call at THE HENDREN FUNERAL HOMES, LAKEFIELD CHAPEL on Thursday May 14, 2015 from 6:00 – 8:00 PM. A memorial service will be held at the Lakefield United Church on Friday May 15, 2015 at 1:00 PM with a reception to follow in the Church Hall.
