Obituary of Helen Devitt

Helen Devitt passed away at Ross Memorial Hospital on Sunday, May 22, 2011 at the age of 90.  Beloved wife of the late Harry Devitt (1998). Daughter of the late Bruce and Mabel Ingram.  Dear mother of Diane (John) Nicholls, Murray Devitt, and Doug Devitt (Karen Coons). Loving grandmother of Bonnie (Jim) Patterson, Kelly Nicholls, Denise (Earl) Palmer, Joey (Heidi) Devitt, Dawn Devitt, Shane (Christine) Devitt and Ryan Devitt (Roisin Bonner) and great-grandmother of Shannon, Adam, Nickolas, Jillian, Gavin, Olivia, Nathan, Jordyn and Cody. Great-great grandmother of Payton. Fondly remembered by Andy, Lucy and Robyn and her nieces and nephews. Twin sister of Ruth Falls and sister of Lloyd (Margaret) Ingram, Lorne (Frances) Ingram and the late Wilbert, Irene and Elwin. Family and friends will be received at Monk Funeral Home, 6 Helen St., Bobcaygeon (705-738-3222 or 866-393-0063) on Tuesday, May 24, 2011 from 6-9 p.m.  Funeral service in the chapel on Wednesday, May 25, 2011 at 11 a.m. Interment Verulam Cemetery.
