With the passing of 'Aunt Ted', it ends an era of our wonderful family. She outlived 6 brothers, two sons and became the patriarch of the family in the last few years. Although her last few years were probably not what she wanted, she was blessed to be surrounded by a loving family, which is all any of us can ask for. May she rest in peace and hopefully she meets up with the rest of the boys and they can be together again, sharing the love they had for each other. An amazing family and so proud to be a part of it now for 70 years. To all my cousins, enjoy what Ted has given us, the strength, persistence and will to never give up, no matter what. At her 90th birthday, I suggested to Edna that if anyone in this family was going to be a Centurion, she would be the one. Unfortunately that did not happen but to have 95+ years on this earth is quite an accomplishment. For the rest of us, we shall miss her and no doubt she will be up there somewhere 'straightening' somebody up!
