Obituary of Madeline Mose

MOSE: Madeline (nee Stark) WWII Veteran Passed away peacefully at Springdale Country Manor on Saturday August 16, 2014. Madeline Mose of Lakefield in her 93rd year. Madeline was a Life Member and Past President of the Ladies Auxiliary R.C.L. Branch #77, Lakefield. Loving wife of the late John “Jack” Mose. Dear mother of Ralph (Arlene), James, John (Lois), Dan (Stephanie) and her special daughter-in-law Jean Dunford. Grandma will be sadly missed by Amy, Suzette, Christina, James Jr., Lisa, Shawn, Janice, Katy-Lynn, Roxanne, Dustin, Ryan and by her great grandchildren, who brightened her life in her last years, Jack, Reed, Carmyn, Kylie, Elliana, Zoe, Alyssa, Chelsea and Carson. Survived by her sister Norma Osterhout (the late Jack), brothers Doug Stark (Arlete), Glen Stark (Audrey) and sister-in-law Shirley Stark. Predeceased by her parents Jenny and Robert Stark, brothers Jim Stark, Gord Stark (Flora) and her sisters Jean Blewett (Harry) and Gladys Girard (Rene). Relatives and friends are invited to a service for Madeline to celebrate a life well lived on Sunday August 24, 2014 from 1:00 – 4:00 PM at the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch #77, Lakefield. A R.C.L. Memorial Service will be held on Sunday at 1:30 PM at the Legion. Memorial donations may be made to the R.C.L.
